11 Reviews For This Extension
Fix the fill option for credentials in the plugin, also it seems to get slower and slower as time passes
I was very frustrated with Passportal as I had to dual-auth every 15 minutes. Now I can stay connected all day and only have to dual auth maybe once or twice a day. Having this at my fingertips (mouse click) gives me a little relief on a frustrating day!
Is there a way to actually delete credentials and not just disable them?
Constantly forgets org key, have to register it every other day or completely remove the plug-in and reinstall it. Rinse and repeat over, and over, and over again. Dev complaints have been submitted for the same problems other users have left reviews on over a year ago. Feedback received on our end: "I wanted to reach out and let you that we have an open bug ticket for this issue, so I'll be attaching your case to that bug ticket and we'll do our best to reach out with an update as soon as we have one."
Extension does not work. Keeps on logging out.
Very helpful - dozens of logins per day. One very annoying thing is that when I need to fill out and MFA, I don't get autofocus, every day an extra, useless click. Another is that on Acronis it used to work, and since a couple of months it doesn't. Username is on one page, password on the next. I constantly have to copy the password. It used to pop in automatically... But a given horse... Much obliged. I took off a first star, I get no respons to the remark about the MFA autofocus after the login...
Extension is often broken with updates. It is also dependent on the shoddy Passportal Service,
This extension has been awful, better than the old version which apparently didn't auto-update to this one (thanks for that). But this one constantly logs me out every few days even though I have it set not to, and why on earth can't that be disabled? Auto-login hardly ever works either.
When you aren't authenticated in the extension, there are errors in the developer console. Beyond this, there doesn't seem to be a way to STOP it from asking to save passwords altogether... this is not my primary password manager, but one used by my employer for developer secrets.
Extension is buggy. It doesn't stay signed in even though it's set for 30 days. Takes a tremendous amount of time to sync. Sometimes doesn't load passwords at all. They haven't updated the extension in months even though support is aware of these issues
This might be the worst extension I have ever seen. The settings never hold. It constantly logs you out. The UI is constantly glitching when you try and login. I'm having my MSP look into alternatives because of how horrible the user experience is with Passportal.
